Screening and training

When RelyOn officers are on your site, you can depend on them with confidence. Security guard screening can take up to four weeks to complete. Officers must hold an SIA license and be vetted to the BS7858 Standard. Enhanced DBS checks go back 10 years, scrutinising financial and criminal records.

All Relyon officers undergo a monthly supervisory review conducted by a manager or supervisor, who also oversees any required refresher or training courses. Additionally, each officer participates in an annual appraisal with management to ensure compliance and maintain high standards, including verification of their SIA Badge.
