Relyon Guarding and Security Services is a privately owned business, established over 25 years ago with multiple contracts with many prestigious clients across the Bristol and the Southwest. Our clients include, Mitie, Bath and Northeast Somerset Council, Environment Agency, Defra and Bupa to name a few.
Due to business expansion and contract wins, we are looking to increase our team with a vacancy for a security officer within the Bristol and surrounding areas.
The Role
We are seeking dedicated Static Security Officers to provide security services to one of our prestigious clients. The site is located in Bedminster in the BS3 area.
In this role, you will be expected to maintain an excellent level of customer service while being vigilant in the prevention of any security breaches as well ensuring the safety of people, premises and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, patrol and secure the premises
- Monitor CCTV
- Ensure buildings and visitors are safe
- Fire alarm testing
- Management of carpark
- Assist in all emergency incidents
- Manage onsite access and egress control and other relevant tasks
- Ensure all occurrences/incidents within your duty are recorded in full

Shifts
Your shifts will be on a 4 on 4 off days
Requirements
- A valid SIA licence - Essential
- 5-year work/education record
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent administration skills
- Must be punctual with excellent time-management skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Good report writing skills
- Conflict management aware
- High level of Customer Care Awareness
