Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Training
The 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course will provide a specific set of practical skills that are required by emergency first aiders in many working environments.
Those who undertake our EFAW course will experience a full day of in-depth focused training which will result in those trained by us being confident and skilled, ready to respond to emergency First Aid incidents as required in their work place.
The EFAW course that we provide meets the standards set out by the Health and Safety Regulations (1981).
This course is suitable for nominated first aiders in smaller, low risk working environments.
If your place of business and working environment has been identified as having additional hazards and risks then we strongly recommend the First Aid at Work Course (FAW) which covers more comprehensively a range of injuries and illness that you may experience.
This course contains training exercises that are physically demanding. Any candidate unsure of their fitness should consult their doctor prior to booking the course.
