Medical cleaning services

In dental surgeries and GP surgeries, it’s essential that healthcare cleaning teams are trained to minimise cross-contamination. Our cleaners follow strict colour-coding protocols and use specialised equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Specialist medical cleaning for healthcare environments

Cleanliness is critical in dental surgeries, GP practices, and hospitals, where hygiene directly impacts patient safety. Our experienced cleaning teams follow strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination, using colour-coded equipment to ensure the right tools and chemicals are used in the appropriate areas.

At RelyOn, we don’t just clean – we sanitise to exacting standards. Every visit includes thorough disinfection of high-touch surfaces like treatment chairs, bed bases, door handles, and frames. Floors are vacuumed and mopped, and all waste, including general and recycling bins, is correctly disposed of.

By the time we’re done, your practice is fresh, sterile, and patient-ready, creating a safe and professional environment that reinforces trust in your care.

Expert cleaning services for medical practices

Medical Surgeries

From GP practices to medical clinics, maintaining a sterile environment is essential for patient safety. RelyOn’s trained cleaning teams follow strict infection control protocols to minimise cross-contamination, ensuring medical facilities remain compliant and hygienic. Our medical surgery cleaning services include:

  • Deep cleaning of patient areas, including treatment beds, chair bases, sinks, shelves, curtain rails, and skirting boards.
  • Dusting high and low surfaces to remove allergens and bacteria.
  • Restocking essential supplies like paper towels, soap, and hand sanitiser dispensers.
  • Proper waste disposal, including general and clinical waste bins.
  • Sanitising shared spaces, such as corridors, reception areas, and waiting rooms.

We use colour-coded cleaning equipment to prevent cross-contamination and apply specialised disinfectants designed for medical environments. With RelyOn, your medical surgery stays compliant while ensuring the highest levels of patient care and safety.

Dental Surgeries

In dental surgeries, maintaining strict hygiene is non-negotiable. Patients trust your practice to provide a clean, sterile environment that prevents the spread of bacteria and viruses. Our dental surgery cleaning services help you meet health regulations and reduce contamination risks by offering:

  • Disinfection of key touchpoints, including treatment chair bases, skirting boards, and window ledges.
  • Thorough cleaning of door handles and frames.
  • Waste management, ensuring proper disposal of general and recycling bins.

Since dental practices involve direct contact with saliva and oral bacteria, our cleaning crews use colour-coded equipment to prevent cross-contamination. This ensures your dental surgery remains compliant, sanitary, and fosters patient confidence in your care standards.

Additional Cleaning Services

Daily operations and high foot traffic can lead to a buildup of dirt and grime, affecting your clinic’s professional image. Our specialist cleaning services help maintain a fresh, welcoming space by targeting:

  • Hard floors – Using advanced floor machines to deep-clean hardwood and tiled surfaces.
  • Carpets – Removing embedded dirt with a chemical solution and carpet cleaning technology.
  • Windows – Thoroughly cleaned to enhance natural light and maintain a polished appearance.

A cleaner workspace not only extends the lifespan of your flooring but also improves air quality, creating a healthier and more inviting environment for both staff and patients.

With RelyOn, your medical and dental surgeries stay spotless, compliant, and ready to provide the highest level of care.
