Some superb feedback from Plympton Police regarding a security operation that we are undertaking in Coypool.

It is always pleasing to receive such an acknowledgement of an ongoing successful operation.

Thank you to all security officers involved in the day to day service delivery and also local police for your support.

“This morning I popped along to see the new security officers at the old Imerys China clay works on Coypool Road, Plympton.

Over the last few years the site has been subject to numerous reports of intruders, travelers and poachers.

The site is extremely dangerous with unstable buildings and asbestos, this has caused me a great deal of concern to the young children that have been seen there. It is only a few years ago a teenager was seriously injured on the site. Please ensure you advise your children not to go on this site.

The area is now patrolled 24/7 by officers from RelyOn guarding.

Another successful external audit of our operating compliance in line with our accreditation’s undertaken by Alcumus auditors, covering ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

We are very proud to announce that we passed both with flying colours and no Non-Conformance’s raised!!!

The ISO accreditation’s that RelyOn Cleaning Services hold demonstrate to our clients, business partners and staff that we are committed to maintaining the required standards for ISO 14001, which is the international standard that specifies requirements for an effective environmental management system (EMS) and ISO 9001, which is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS).

Well done to all involved at RelyOn Cleaning Services for achieving and maintaining these highly valued and vital accreditation’s.

A charity skydive (when people choose to jump out of perfectly good aeroplanes, to raise much needed funds for a chosen charity) took place recently, of which RelyOn Cleaning Services were proud to be the main sponsor.

Juliette Randall of children’s charity ERIC said “thanks to RelyOn’s support I personally raised £1725.00 which was a fantastic result and nearly £1K more than my original target, with the rest of the team our total is approaching £4,000.

We had an amazing day and it was a great experience – but not one I will be repeating in a hurry.

It was definitely worth it though to raise much needed funds to support the families and children struggling every day with continence difficulties.

Thanks again for everything and the cake went down very well with everyone here”

A fantastic charity as ERIC is the only charity dedicated to the bowel and bladder health of all children and teenagers in the UK.

A fantastic couple of weekends working again with Glenn Ross, providing security management and security officers for the Ultimate Strongman show productions.

Firstly was Stoke, Northwood Stadium on 4th June for the Team World Championship, and then on 10th June Southampton Summer Mania, at St Marys Stadium for the England Qualifier of the Ultimate Strongman World Championship Series.

The shows are spectacular, fantastic live entertainment for the entire family. Those present witness super human feats of strength and endurance, world records being broken, an insight to the sport, and a great atmosphere from start to finish.

After both shows VIP ticket holders attended a special meet and greet with the athletes and Glenn for personal signings and photos, we were also response for the security and management of both the meet and greet events.

RelyOn Guarding & Security Services Ltd look forward to working further in the future with Glenn Ross, the entire crew of Ultimate Strongman and the athletes, wishing them all continued success as the sport continues to grow.

1st April 2017, at the First Direct Arena Leeds, Giants Live World Strongest Man qualifying tour, the show, Europe’s Strongest Man 2017!

For the second year running RelyOn was an event sponsor helping the sport of strongman grow in the UK, this year our event was the Tyre Flip and Anchor Drag.

Our 2 competition winners attended, enjoying the VVIP experience, which included a meet and greet of past legends and current athletes, and one of them flew in from Miami for the day!

The arena was packed with a record crowd of 11,0000 people and the atmosphere was buzzing all night, the show was live streamed and will be shown on Channel 5 over Christmas, date and time to be confirmed. The show will then be available on demand for 12 months.

I won’t post the results here as I do not wish to ruin it for those who will wait for Christmas, all I will say is avoid the internet searching for Europe’s Strongest Man in the meantime, as the results are out there!
