Situation
Hartnell Taylor Cook, a leading property consultancy, asked Relyon to review the Facilities Management services for their client, a landlord of a multi-tenant building in central London.
The client needed to demonstrate value for money to tenants, but uncertainty around costs was delaying lease negotiations.

Our Action
We completed an asset survey, to determine the assets requiring maintenance and produced a PPM plan along with costings and budget service charge figures for the client to enable them to finalise their lease negotiations with a tenant.
This project was completed within 10 days from request which resulted in successful close out of the leases.
