A leading UK-based retailer, suspected a high number of internal thefts occurring within their logistics operations. Allegations centred around Team Leaders, raising concerns about the integrity of their workforce and the potential financial and operational impact of these thefts.

RelyOn was engaged to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the MST (Mobile Search Team), Technical Solutions Architect and The Retailers Logistics Security Specialist, to investigate the issue thoroughly.
RelyOn’s officers are trained and experienced in all roles including, Undercover Operatives, Search Officers, Covert CCTV and Investigators.
It sounds like your team is conducting thorough and proactive security measures across multiple areas, ensuring the minimization of loss and maximizing profits.

Warehouse and Transport Searches: Regular and comprehensive checks on various locations, including:
Personal searches, Locker searches, Car end-of-shift searches, Transport-related searches (including cabs, bunks, and overhead lockers)
Scope of Operations: Involved depots across the country. Coverage includes all shifts, including weekends. 4889 colleagues and contractors were involved in the process. 1728 staff members underwent random searches during this 80-day period.
NBCS (National Business Crime Solutions Ltd): Active collaboration with NBCS, focused on tracking Organized Crime Groups nationwide and aiding crime prevention efforts.
Police Agencies: Established relationships and involvement in two significant operations aimed at tackling crime on a national scale.
