Situation
Relyon Cleaning services received a phone call from our client late on Monday evening requiring emergency help with one of the sites in South Wales. The dental practice was located in an old building with inherent damp issues.
A basement room containing the compressors that served their dental surgeries was riddled with mould and they were concerned that the mould spores would be sucked into the compressors and directly into the mouths of their patients.
Plan for services
Relyon attended the following morning at 8.15am, inspected the area, devised an immediate plan to get the surgery up and running again.
Within 26 hours of the initial call, we carried out specialist fogging that killed all the mould spores located within the room, provided certification, communicated throughout and provided additional advice in terms of the next steps to take.
